Danged if I know, Rap...

I ain't heard nuthin' more than waht was on the news tonight and it seamed as if didn't come down to one particlualar ordinance but many.

The folks want Walmart to do a 15 or so acre redevelopement and, from what I got out of it, they want an "overlay" district drated where Walmart can do purdy much what they want...

Maybe someone else will have some more datails but if that's the bottom line then, being a community activist who had fought for tine changes that benefited small areas, I would be offended if a big corporation could just tell the zoning folks "screw you".

Though, on the other hand, I've felt like saying that to my local zoning folks a few times...
