Afte4r reading the article (I'm more steamed that big corporartions have gotten so brazen that thay just think they can tell the government to "screw off"...

A group of us have been trying to do the same thing in a town where I own some commercial property and unless we bring in a mega-corporation to back us, it's an uphill and unwinable battle. It just irks me that Walmart may just very well get away with it...

...plus it sets a dangerous precidence in the way land is used.
