There are always going to be big $$ corporations who manage to find a way to "sidestep the government." Do not forget that wallyworld is a gigantic $$$ corp.
    Many smaller family-owned local stores went belly up after wallyworld moved into their small towns. The small stores could not compete with the prices of a national chain ordering gargantuan quantities of items from China, etc. to sell to good ol' American folks.
    Then after most of those stores went belly up, they quit claiming that "most" of their items were made in the USA. When they came out with their "price roll back" campaign a few years ago, I noticed the "roll back" sign anounced several items which I routinely purchased--with RAISED prices! The 1st item I noticed this on was $1.00 HIGHER than the regular price of the week previous.
    Perhaps more communities would be better off to not allow the big $$$ mega corp. chains in?
