I asked Joe to add the cross reference links at the top so that this thread would be linked to other accordion threads.

By keeping the discussion going, at least we have been able to help Alex by keeping the thread alive in the daily list. It has taken several days for those who have been able to supply helpful hints to start contibuting (not everyone reads the thread list every day) - thanks to them for doing so. I knew that if we didn't keep the thread alive, it would most likely just sink without trace.
