My newest thought is to get a camera and when I see someone begin to leave the scene of the crime (there's a 500 pound fine which I've yet to hear anyone give a shit about..pun intended) I'll run up and start snapping pics of them and doggie. I'll then tell them I intend to send these in to the police along with where and when they were snapped....

Then again, that's a lot of work. It would really just be easier to pick it up (yes, I'll have a baggie over my hand...I'm not completely nuts) and THROW it at them...THEN take the pics!..xx..e
