This sort of thing wasn't a problem for the Sioux or Cheyenne, because there were no property lines or fences anywhere...and a lot less people per unit of land! Dogs (and people) could always find a handy place to relieve themselves without causing offence to anyone.

Sigh. The good old days. Now you've gotta seach all over the city for a place where you can even use a washroom without being forced to buy something first.
