Al Quaeda is/was run by a native of Saudi Arabia, it receives/received large amounts of cash from Saudi Arabia. What does the present US administration do about stopping this? Nothing! Why? Might have something to do with oil, and defence contracts, Britain does well out of Saudi Arabian defence contracts!
Still based on present evidence, today's friends become tomorrow's enemies.
