Be unavailable when time comes to show the house, and unwilling to let anyone be in the house without your presence. At any time of the day or night that it might be requested.

Actually, I don't know what kind of listing contract you signed, but can't you just announce that it's been taken off the market? Or is there a penalty clause in the contract or something?
