It wasn't for a lack to trying during the Clinton administration. If that truck bomb under the World Trade Center had been as successful they hoped, another Oklahoma City, none of the 10,000 people in the building would have gotten out alive. If that had happened, if they had died, would you still be using that as a criteria for who did a better job?
