I pulled the intercostals down my left side when my motorbike fell over about 6 weeks ago (don't ask!) Not painful any more but still stiff. Feeling for you Kendall - I'll not ask you to sleep in a damp caravan this time:-) Are you up our neck of teh woods at all?
