I had a pulmonary embolism a couple of years ago nearly finished me off. Fortunately for me there was no pain or warning I just past out, and the next thing I know I'm in an Ambulance fighting for breath.
If I'd have been on my own I'd have been brown bread.
The next day I was fine.
