Don-

If you've updated IE (as you should - even if it's not your browser) you may find that the "criteria" IE sets for the same security level are somewhat more restrictive than they may have been the last time you got your cookie.

You don't have to lower the criteria generally, but in IE, Tools, on the Privacy tab, there should be an "Edit" button that lets you put the mudcat addy in and tell it to accept the mudcat cookie, without letting other unwanted ones in.

It doesn't automatically put up the name of the site you're at, so my suggestion would be connect to the 'cat, click on the Address bar to highlight, Ctl-C to copy, and then go to Tools, Privacy, and when you get into the edit you can Ctl-V to paste the 'cat address in.

As noted - an email to jeff, or a post on the Help site (link at top of page) will get help if you've changed your email address or forgotten a password.
