This reminds me of that party game "consequences" where everyone writes the first line of a story on a piece of paper, folds it over so that it doesn't show and then passes it on to the next person.

2nd. line. who he meets
3rd. line. where they met
4th. line. He said to he....
5th. line She said to him....
6th. line. and the consequence was.....
