You did indeed say actions. Put it down to me being semi concious, it being stupidly early in my day and off the medication. Guess that means I'm going back on it!

Good action - I helped a lady up the stairs with her trolley yesterday. Result, I got stepped on by everyone who was pushing past us to get up the stairs and now have a sore toe and a bruise on my hip.

So I think what I said was applicable to both actions and intentions!
