Seems others have priority on my PB'n'cheddar invention. Darn those patent laws. Of course, it can be "improved" with a thin slice of raw onion, if you're not plannign on going out later. And it has to be on a good whole wheat or grain bread (not rye).

And someone else has mentioned PB on cheese (no bread), and another has mentioned PB and salami. I've been known to nosh on a combination of these ideas when the bread cupboard is bare: A slice of cheese with a slice of good hard salami on it, topped with a generous dab of PB. Delicious. I suspect that pets would think so too, and you might get the desired animation effect as well, as they try to dispose of the PB. . . .
