Actually, he voted for the act as a temporary measure that would expire soon. What he says is that he will let the act expire and then propose DIFFERENT (not MORE) anti-terrorism legislation to replace it. Do you mean that you want the act to expire and you want NO anti-terrorism legislation at all, so that the FBI and CIA can go back to not speaking? If so, you're inviting another 9/11.
