Yes! I found it! My women's chorus sang this at our very first concert in April 1997. The handwritten copy of the music has this attribution: from: Peaceful Women, Star Route Box 97B Bayfield, WI 54814 715-779-3422
That address may be old, so I googled "Peaceful Women" + Bayfield, and had quite a few hits, including here. and here.
