Hey TheBigPinkLad! Welcome to Portland, land of the microbrew! Unfortunately, I'm not going to be a whole lot of help. I do know that none of the regular song circles are on those two days; I don't know a whole lot about the pub scene, although there ought to be a fair bit of good music. But what do you consider your "good music"--Irish? Old Timey? Rockabilly? Bluegrass?

Not only don't I know anything to help you--I'm not even going to be here then to celebrate with you. I'll be in New Jersey at my 40th high school reunion (and here I could put "heh, heh" or maybe "Oh my gawd" but I don't think I'll put anything).
