As far as I know there no sessions on the upper west side... it is a rather ritzy neighborhood. A great session is Sat. night at O"Niels in the 40's on third ave, Tuesday night Swifts on 4th street off Third Ave, and a nice session with beginers to masters would be Dempseys on 2nd ave and 4th st. tuesday. It's an eariler session than Swifts starting at 8pm, so you can go to both.
