A phone call to an ex-teacher got me this. Follett books- In addition to the Series name Together We Sing, there are 3 volumes with that title; one for lower grades, one for upper grades, and one for all grades. Do not seem to have been used in western Canada.
Looking at the Abebooks list, Music Round the Clock is Grades 1-2 and Proudly We Sing is 8th grade; others not specified.
I think Voices of the World is not grade-specific.

Purchasers should look for the Teachers editions, which contain additional information and occasionally scores not in the childrens copies.
