Even worse than the pious limerick may be the conceptually rhyming limerick:

There was an old man from Saint Bees
Who was stung in the arm by a wasp.
When they asked, "Does it hurt?"
He replied, "I feel no pain.
I'm so glad it wasn't a hornet."
