And Tom did show up at work today, and folks were very glad to see him. I heard applause coming from the room next door, and didn't know why. A bit later, someone indicated I should turn around, and there was Tom! (We applauded too.) Although he's skinny, he looks a whole lot perkier than he has for quite a while.
