Mouldy again. Bill should give at least 5 minutes' warning before he sings 'My Old Man'. I hadn't anything except a sleeve to use! Kat, yes I have been to Wyoming, about 7 years ago and I LOVED it! My husband worked over there for a couple of months (mining engineer) and met Nancy and Dan. The following year we all went, him having sloped over a couple of months earlier to set things up, and had 4 days in Saratoga before hitting the tourist trail and ending back there for another couple of days. I took my box and late one night in the Saratoga Inn they asked me to play. Er... I hadn't had it very long. Funny though, first thing I heard of any note out there was in the hotel: 'Get the beer outa the fridge, the Limey's back!' Followed by, 'Hi Ian, what the hell are you doing here?' and 'Why do you always walk into my bar at this time on a Sunday when we shut early?' Later in the holiday I went in the Buckhorn in Laramie. What a wonderful place. Nancy, knowing we liked the more traditional, (she used to work in the local museum, so understands) gave Ian a recording of Cowboy songs by Michael Martin Murthy and one track includes a 3 verse wersion of 'To Hear the Nightingale Sing'. Don't some songs travel! No chorus though. Bill, I'll see you on Wednesday. Best wishes to all. Mouldy.
