Yes Jim, "dord" does appear, but not "durd".

Four definitions are given:
1. "deep sound, hum, buzz, murmur ,drone".
2. "deep or plaintive chant".
3. "An Dord Feinne - Chant of the Fianna".
4. "hum, buzz, drone, chant in deep voice"

Ronnie Drew certainly has a deep voice!
