"Iraqis were not involved in 9/11. " Perhaps (not sufficient information available), but they were in violation of the ceasefire terms from the 1991 war. Korea was not involved, either, as far as I know- but if they violate the 1954 ceasefire, I would hope we do something.

"they did not have weapons of mass destruction." An incorrect statement. They did have such weapons, and used some on their own people. They were never able to show that they had destroyed the remainder, even under threat of invasion. All we did was give them enough time to move and/or hide them.

"the only thing we have to fear is demented politicians leading our countries into unnecessary wars." True- but which demented leaders? Those that take their oaths to defend the country seriously, or those that would rather stick their heads in the gorund and ignore potential threats?

"creating enemies is not the way to create a secure future for our children." True- but they were already our enemies. The way to create a secure future is to convert enemies to friends, or kill the enemies off.
