One of the guests that night was the incredible John Roberts, one of the best English traditional singers ever. Another guest was Revel Carr who used to lead the shanty sing in prior years. Maryide was also there. Dick Holdstock didn't make it to the shanty sing. Riggy led the event - hey, Riggy, who were some of the other guests there? I'm having one of those senior moments again.

Oh, by the way, I was one of the incredible shanty singers taking part in the demonstration (what a shy and unassuming creature I am).
