Okay, lets say I own a trucking company and I put an ad in the newspaper that reads, "Truck drivers needed, no experience necessary" and so I get a few folks who not only haven't driven a truck but don't even know how to drive anything for that matter. But I hire 'em and give 'um keys and tell 'um to have at it... And, well, they try they end up crashing the trucks is a short order.
