Christianity is a FAITH (which includes gems like 'Love your neighbor as yourself).
Catholicism is a RELIGION. So is Presbyterianism, Methodism, Evangelicism, Anglicism, etc.
And they all have different interpretations. Same God, alright.... they just argue about the right way to get to sit by his right-hand side.
That was my point in the above post.

And as far as the Bush Administration is concerned, if they get to set too many benchmarks (like The Patriot Act, for example), an ever growing section of the American people will be judged according to it.

And if they are let get away with too many re-definitions of what Un-Americanism is, then you never can be certain in which future vista, they will 'come to take you away'.
Like maybe striking for the right to higher wages, for example.
