Keith Floyd was the best telly chef, invariably pissed and jolly, but the cooking became samey. My beloved who is an EXCELLENT cook, watches all the cookery programmes shown on BBC2 back to back on a saturday morning, and she actually takes notes!!! Saves me bothering I suppose.
