In that case kendall, go to the paltalk site, there is a forum there wher you can look for messages or post one asking for help. You should tell them what basic PC, OS etc you have and describe your problem as we have teased it out of you, running (XP?) firewall, etc. You may be helped, or nobody else may have experienced it and how to fix it.
