My mother might have made this up, but she used to sing it to me as a lullabye. I have never heard it on the radio and I can't find anyone anywhere who knows what it is. My mother claims that it is called Wishing and was song by a female in the 1950's. I don't know if there are any other words. Any help would be appreciated...thank you most kindly:
