When you ask a question on Mudcat and don't get a response, keep trying. Sometimes the people who know the answer are asleep, in Australia or working on their fourth pint at the Mudcat Cafe. There are a number of folks here well versed in classical music. I wouldn't mind a shot at it. What's the question?
