Having been briefed by Wyziwig on Wednesday, it became apparent that this is a very important innovation. For one thing there was an unprooked initiative from the Maidstone Council for the festival to be established. What's more they pressed the organisers to get something going this year. If this festival is a success there is every indication that the Council are willing to support its future development into a very significant festival.

If you have a chance to get along, do so. It should be a great little festival on the way to becoming a big one.
