Nothing to do with first words, more communications:- Grandson at about one year old playing (he loves pushing buttons) with electronic toy which is supposed to be educational.
Press button and a voice says the appropriate sound. e.g push letter "A" and voice says "ahh", letter "B" and you get "Buh", letter "C" = "ka" etc.
