We will be up at JH's place that weekend so we may pop over or a day or an evening. JH mentioned a pub called "The Royal Oak" which he said is where singing used to be perpetrated. There used to also be singing in another pub called "The Morris Dancer" but he said it may not be allowed anymore as it has changed hands and names (though he can't remember what it is now called} and he doesn't know what the new landlord/landlady are like.
