Greetings again:

I'm getting terribly sloppy in my old age. After posting that semi-literate message I remembered that I did upgrade from the "magazine only" option to the basic magazine + CD package the last time I renewed my Sing Out! subscription. That means I should have started receiving the CD with this issue. I called the Sing Out! office in Pennsylvania this morning, and the woman I spoke with confirmed that. She said she would mail the CD to me by the end of this week.
