Strangely, the digital transmission from the computer was 58 seconds behind the analogue one from the radio. I amused myself by emailing the BBC techies which resulted in a 17-minute-long server crash. Then there were two competitions for Richard & Linda Thompson and Christy Moore CDs. But I won't win. I never do. Could it be something to do with how Smooth Operations somehow don't like what I say about them?
