We declare him an illegal combatant or some such thing, put him in a secret cell, deny him access to a lawyer or contact with anyone except unidentified, unaccountable CIA or contract interrogators, keep it up for a few years, and after a while with a bag over his head, he won't remember who he is and neither will we.
