I just thought I'd give all you Utah Phillips fans a brief update: Bride Judy and I JUST returned from his feature concert at The NorthWest Folklife Festival, in Seattle. He looks great, sounds great, his voice is as robust as ever, and his storytelling as outrageous as usual. Tonight was a first as he introduced his son, who joined him in stage for one number, playing his musical saw. Of course if you know Utah (Bruce), his "one song" lasted 20 minutes.

According to the sheduale, and from people I talked with, he is very active this year. Many smaller performances, workshops, radio gigs, etc. CHEERS, Bob
