I'd say try again in a week or two, maybe they just haven't got that concert set up yet. It's also possible that they don't think it a big enough event to cover. Maybe if you try Capercaille (can't spell it!) website, or try searching on Google for Cork+ city+ hall. The Cork city tourist board must have a site, an email to them might discover something...Meanwhile if I see anything I'll get back.
