I like Kysers. I've owned 3. Bought the third one when the spring broke in my first one. I still have it. I e-mailed Kyser about a replacement spring. Here's the reply I got:
Dear Sir:
You Capo has A warranty that states if your capo fails within one year, send it back to us with $3.00.
After a year: $10.00
