According to this page, Will Fyffe, a Scottish comedian, recorded DOWN IN THE QUARRY WHERE THE BLUEBELLS GROW in 1926.

IN THE WILDWOOD WHERE THE BLUEBELLS GROW, words and music by Herbert H. Taylor, was published in 1907. Doc Wilson's Ragtime Page classifies it as ragtime.

DOWN IN DEAR OLD SCOTLAND WHERE THE BLUEBELLS GROW, words by Will A. Bevan, music by W. E. Naunton, was published in 1909. The National Library of Australia has an online image of the sheet music.
