Burntstump - yeah, it's a bummer to lose that one pick that fit, felt and played just right!

It's hard to walk into just any music store these days and find anything that's quite right.

I went to Seattle (US) for Folklife this weekend and found some Dunlop plastic fingerpicks I thought might be the reincarnation of the great ones from the 60's!   Alas, when I got them home and tried to mold them into shape with hot water and pliers they just wouldn't achieve the configuration I can arrive at in seconds with metal fingerpicks.
