Story in the paper today of a fisherman who caught a sturgeon, followed all the procedure of advising the Crown Office and was advised to 'Dispose of it as he thought fit'.
Part way through the auction at Plymouth, in came the cops to arrest everyone in sight. It is apparently an offence to sell a sturgeon.
Unfortunately, no-one seems to have told the Queen!
However, to add to the fun, when they came to take the fish as evidence, it had disappeared! Oops.
They are now threatening action against every one in sight.
