I'm urgin' for some sturgeon.

It was my favorite fish, especially smoked! Yummy eggs, too. But boy, are they ugly!

When I was a child, at the mouth of the Columbia River, they used to get caught in the tide pools at low tide. We used to torment the monsters with sticks. Great fun! They would glub, glub around and flip from side to side. We thought we were very brave.
