Gorbichev pleaded for ecconomic help while Mr. Reagan backed Yeltzin, the founder of the Rusian criminocracy at the expence of a reforming communist government, leading to a disolution of systems all over eastern Europe returning the place to medi-evil wars and attempts at genocide. Some times it is better to put windows and doors in walls before you go tearing them down... feel better that there are missing ex-soviet nukes floating around in the total moral breakdown of the post colectivist world... ? I don't!
