Oh, man! I've just officially started my yearly diet! I knew there was a reason I was obsessing on Pasta lately...it's the first thing I have to strike off my menu for the next month!

At least I can come back to this thread and vicariously enjoy it here. Ummm still dreaming about Padre's recipe!

(And before anyone comments, I know you can eat small amounts without worrying about weight gain, but that in my mind, defeats one of the greatest parts of eating the stuff....a HUUUUUGE plate smothered in oily sauce!)
