As a starting point for Aussie folk, try: http://folk.mountaintracks.com.au/ Dave De Hugard's is my favourite interpreter of Oz folk - I don't know how many of his recordings are still available. In respect of NZ folk, the most prolific artist is probably Phil Garland - he is a fine performer who has a number of CDs and books published - I don't know how many are still available.
