Peter Paul and Mary had a version of this (I think on the big concert album)which was audience participation and I've used it from time to time. They divided the audience into three groups (An "in" group, an "out" group, and this other group for a descant -- naturally Peter took the lead on the third group). The first group sand the "Rock-a My Soul ...", the second the "So High,So Low, So Wide..." and the third a third above, just singing "Rock My Soul" four times.
