No president can drop the bomb w/o congresss' OK. Carter told Iran that if they harm 1 hair in the head of any hostage they will recieve a military strike the likes they've never seen. I can agree with some of the issues and then disagree on others that is the blessing of free speech. President Reagan, did end the cold war by bankrupting the USSR and yes he had his problems remembering the Arms for Oil but as a whole I feel he did an alright job.
